The experience I had was great, but I would suggest that if someone needs to leave their vehicle—like I did suggest them a loaner and if there isn't a loaner vehicle available, it would be helpful to advise that person to come back later. Another employee from a different department ended up assisting me instead of the lady who initially took my paperwork when I arrived. Other than that, the service was good but it could have been excellent. I gave all stars because I know how survey work but in the future you can suggest a loaner to someone instead of them being out of a vehicle for a while.

This rating used to be 5 star. What has happened to Crown Service? Over three hours for and oil change and tire rotation. Used to be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I could deal with that. My dealership for over 35 years. Left with warning light on dash to Service tire sensors. They should have been relearned after the rotation. I'm sure if I bring it back there will be denials. Not noted anywhere on the invoice for $125.00.

I really did not intend to buy a Buick and went into the dealership for general information , but I was more included to buy a Kia or Hyundai. Mr. Murray answered all my questions, and convinced me of the quality of the Buick product. As I told the finance guy, I only saw myself buying the Buick because of Mr. Murray's input and assistance, with no pressure over the course of about three days.

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about getting it fixed as it would likely be very expensive. Scott Sparks and the management did not have to help us, but they did as they stand by their customers and helped my family through a difficult time. I am so glad that we have continued to do business with Crown as they treat you like they would their own family. I intend to continue doing business with Crown for as long as possible as they stand by their customers and take care of them with top notch service and care. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done.

This rating used to be 5 star. What has happened to Crown Service? Over three hours for and oil change and tire rotation. Used to be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I could deal with that. My dealership for over 35 years. Left with warning light on dash to Service tire sensors. They should have been relearned after the rotation. I'm sure if I bring it back there will be denials. Not noted anywhere on the invoice for $125.00.

I recently purchased a 2026 buick which was right around $28k, I put down about half of that in cash and was told I had a 10% finance rate which was high but my credit wasn't great so I was willing to deal with it. This is my own fault but later after going through my paperwork I realized I was charged an $8k finance charge. So after putting down 14k I received a $29k loan on a $28k vehicle. Kenneth Simms was the smaller but the man who did me dirty was the bald headed guy in the finance office. Horrible human being. How do I owe 29k on a 28k vehicle when I put down 14k cash. Im gonna have a hard time getting over this

Happy with sales person, not management, customer service or people handling registration transfer. 1)Customer service did not follow up with a complaint. 2) Management did not address concern with a vendor who broke a piece of molding. Expected me to handle their vendor. 3)Received a letter from Louisiana DMV because the people in registration taking too long to get my registration transferred from my trade in. I had to handle the issue with DMV. Was on phone for 45 minutes waiting for them to answer. All your people had to do was send a copy of trade in paperwork to take care of issue. Instead I had to do their work.

I arrived at my scheduled time.
I arrived at my scheduled time. The person helping me was on the phone and never acknowledged me. I asked him his name to confirm I was at the correct desk and he did. I put my key on his desk initially but realized I could pull up more because it was not as congested. I told him what I was doing (he was still on the phone but acknowledged). After doing so, I went to the waiting area ( he was still on the phone). I was watching and after a few minutes he got off the phone and left. I went back in and asked the lady at the desk next to his where he went and she said he left to go to a doctor’s appointment( she was the person to assist me). I work in customer service and this is not acceptable nor is it professional. I gave two stars because I’ve not had an issue with my car but the intake of getting service for my vehicle was poor. And, the time before this , I also did not appreciate him when I got my vehicle serviced.

Everyone in the dealership is involved in the sale of a vehicle which allows the customer to ask questions related to all departments. We have been buying from Crown for many years and depended on their service department for all those years. We continue to come back because of their past and present performance. They are the best. Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for
Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for an oil change. They had construction going on at the time and nothing was done to make things easier for the customer. Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today.

After shopping for trucks for six months, I finally pulled the trigger. Crown definitely had the best prices which led me there, but on top of that they made the buying experience enjoyable and easy. I had talked with Dominic there a month earlier And he was super helpful then and never put any pressure on me. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I reached back out to him. He is super knowledgeable and he took his time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I highly recommend Crown and in particular Dom!
