Toby made my experience about as easy as can be. Streamlined service, no delays, and no catches or frills. Will continue using dealership. Wayne was very helpful as well. Finance dept. was uncomplicated also. Brought my Terrain in for it's first oil change and was met with minimal wait time and prompt service.

Great, easy experience overall. In and out in 3 hours. We spent most of our time with Joe and he was great to work with. Joe was awesome. We also interacted with Rola and Marshall and they were both professional as well. Would recommend this dealer for sure.

He took the time to explain all the features, and was very patient. He worked with the sales manager Bradley Coco to get me the absolute best price that I could find anywhere, and gave me the most money for my trade in. I had talked with Dominic there a month earlier And he was super helpful then and never put any pressure on me. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I reached back out to him. He is super knowledgeable and he took his time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I highly recommend Crown and in particular Dom! Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for an oil change. They had construction going on at the time and nothing was done to make things easier for the customer. Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today.
