He always takes the extra time to make sure the settings in the vehicle are ready for me and insists that I go to "Duck school" to learn about all of the "bells and whistles." He is the best. Crown in general is very focused on client satisfaction and service.

Easy to work with called when car was ready easy drop off and pickup clean

Although I had an appointment for Friday in advance, I was told they still will not be able to get to my car for three days so I had to leave my car over the weekend without a rental car. They also performed an oil change on my car that was not requested and expected me to pay for it. This dealership does not accept the oil change package I had purchased with my vehicle therefore I go out of my way to go to another dealership for oil changes.

I bought a 2026 AT4. I was pretty selective on the features I wanted and didn't want to rush into a decision. Dominic did a great job of handling my questions and making sure I was getting everything I wanted while showing patience as I came back multiple times before purchasing. It was a very laid back and non agressive experience which I appreciate. Dominic did a great job and the rest of the staff aided in this process running smoothly. I'm very happy with the experience and with my vehicle.
