No complaints on the overall service provided, but I was shocked once I got home and realized I was charged 68% more than I paid just 5 months earlier at a GMC dealership just 30 miles from Crown. The cost of an oil change and tire rotation was not communicated to me prior and I just assumed it would be in line with what I have been paying for routine service. I paid $112.36 for the same services at Legacy in February and was charged $189.27 at Crown last week.

Helpful, informative, non pressuring. Made the process easy and streamline. The whole process was stress free.

The staff in the service department were courteous, professional, and honest throughout the process. The employee who handled the courtesy vehicle was especially helpful and provided excellent service. The service advisor was upfront about the issues with my truck and kept me informed. My truck remained in the shop for three days, and I was told the repair was delayed because the required part was taking longer than expected to arrive. The dealership asked me to pick up the truck and said they would contact me once the part came in. It has now been four weeks, and I am still waiting for the part to arrive. Because of the delay, no repairs have been completed on my truck.
