This visit was much better than the last visit all was explained up front to me as the owner and most issues have been resolved one was not able to be duplicated for now but it has happen on each Buick Encore so I wish that they would have used the previous car records to fix this one

I show up, the car is ready to go. He always takes the extra time to make sure the settings in the vehicle are ready for me and insists that I go to "Duck school" to learn about all of the "bells and whistles." He is the best. Crown in general is very focused on client satisfaction and service.
