Zero stars. Unprofessional and poor management. I left my car working with issues that arose from an initial recall. The first salesperson a year or so ago assumed I would not be able to pay for my repairs and wasted my time. I’m guessing young and black can’t be financially stable. Then, when I return the can of worms just showed what this pitiful location truly is at its core. I brought my car here for the main purpose of getting an oil change that severely needed to be done on arrival, the initial return for the recall concern, and various other repairs I wanted to move forward with having completed. After being called three or four times without having a loaner available- one was available- I get a message and voicemail to come in the next day one was available. The loaner was available and I dropped my car off with running no other issues besides the obvious that I made clear to the rep on Sept. 24.2026. Well, a week later on Thursday Oct. 1.2026 I get a call, voicemail, and text about issues that were skeptical and to return the rental by Oct. 2,2026 at the end of the day if I did not want to proceed with repairs and the tech would be out the next day when I returned anyway. I arrive before the location opened, second in line to an elderly lady who only needed a tire repair. (Side note: This lady was told in my presence why sitting on the seat right beside me she needed to repair the tire and then replace the tire (from a repairable patch that was not on the sidewall) and when she stated she had insurance/warranty she was told “Oh your insurance will want us to patch it first.” Clearly, greed and deception. I then waited as several other people were serviced before me and asked to pick up my car unless they could complete the Oil change by 4pm that day. The ladies up front went to personally ask them if it could be done. I was assured it would be- again I arrived before opening and was second after an elderly lady for a tire repair- whose car was up on the Jack- I saw it. They processed everyone after me. I used the shuttle to work that was extremely slow but the driver was fine. All of this to get a call at 2pm my car was not able to have the oil change and I would need to wait until the next day. My response”Absolutely not I would be a fool after all of these experiences. I asked if it could be serviced and if it couldn’t I would have just taken my car then and paid for the diagnostic.” Nevertheless, when I did arrive after work and calling for the courtesy shuttle I was told my car would not start! When I dropped it off, it started fine and now magically it needs a battery. Long story short, I had to tell the manager and another man that “I want my car in the same condition I gave it to you in on Sept. 24,2026 which was working- and if they could not do so it will need to be taken care of legally.” Mr. Man tells me, “well since you want to call your attorney I’m not touching it” and I replied “I don’t have to call an attorney I am an attorney.” Then, says “I’m not giving you a loaner.” I proceeded to say “Okay, I’ll call my insurance to tow it and I’ll take and Uber the 30miles plus to the Northshore and add that to my petition for damages.” Magically! He flies around the building in my car and tells me not to turn it off it may stop. Interesting! My car has not had an issue starting or battery concern since- scamming and mischievous crooks

Best price in the country! Excellent service..seamless buying experience. Truck was delivered to Alabama promptly, site unseen. Vehicle was exactly as advertised!

Mr Joseph Murray was an excellent salesman and I recommend him to any person seeking to purchase a vehicle. He was great at what he does and very pleasant customer service.

Not happy with Crown Service Department . They tried to charge me for a complimentary service...... if I wasn't paying close attention to the bill presented, I would have paid for something that was free. However, I was and am very pleased with my Sales Person, Kade, when I bought my car.

Their service department is very good. I recommend it. Sometimes you may have to wait quite a bit.
