My salesman was Willie Smith. I did not see him on this list. He has been at the dealership for a long time. Surely, he should be on the list. As such, I can only assume there is an error somewhere. Because I want to communicate this error to you, I must fill out the entire survey. Here is how I filled out the survey. In each drop down menu, I selected the 1st entry. On each entry, I gave the lowest rating. I figured this would get your attention. My selections should be DISCARDED as invalid data. Other than the comments in this box, please consider this survey INVALID. The sole purpose of my submitting this survey is to help you deal with Willie' omission. For rating of the dealership, is more stars better or worse? You did not so indicate in the instructions. Because the "Yes" response on whether I would recommend this dealership was on the left, should I assume the leftmost star is the best rating? I will cheerfully submit a valid survey after my concerns have been addressed. In general, I was very happy with how I treated. You would have scored high marks if I could have found my salesman, but where is Willie? Am I required to fill out something with each department, even if I did not interact with that department?

Great experience with Tiger

Sadey Costanza was an excellent representative and took care of my emergency fuel leak situation wonderfully. She was attentive and provided a significant amount of information and kept me constantly informed of the status of my vehicle. She advocated for me to receive a loaner even though I didn't book ahead because of my emergency. Prior to Sadey I had worked with Frank and he's just as good as she is.

Great staff! They are very knowledgeable and keep me updated with the repair process to get my car back as quickly as possible.
