The service department is clean and the service was fast. Was disappointed in the price of the oil change and tire rotation. Most oil changes include the tire rotation but is an extra charge at Crown.

No complaints on the overall service provided, but I was shocked once I got home and realized I was charged 68% more than I paid just 5 months earlier at a GMC dealership just 30 miles from Crown. The cost of an oil change and tire rotation was not communicated to me prior and I just assumed it would be in line with what I have been paying for routine service. I paid $112.36 for the same services at Legacy in February and was charged $189.27 at Crown last week.
