nail did not penetrate tire service checked okay

I am very please with the service I needed on very short notice. From the time, just after recognizing my 1 year old set of new tires had 1 tire with a side wall gouge. I called the dealership and they got everything right from the very beginning and everything that I was quoted held “true”. I was further please with the honoring by “Sade” the next day appointment. Everything was honored by Sade and the dealership from the part (a new tire) was available, the appointment wait time was very reasonable and the quoted price for the service was honored as well. I was extremely pleased at all levels mentioned above by Sade and the service techs.

Excellent responsiveness to auto maintenance request and identifying parts and issues to fix same.Very easy to deal with.

I normally don’t end up purchasing from local dealerships because they are either too high on price or are a hassle to deal with. Crown is the exception. Just purchased a GMC Sierra from them. It was quick easy and they gave me a great deal the first time no needing to negotiate. I told them what I was interested in and they texted me back a great number. They didn’t try to pressure me or make me come in to negotiate like a lot of dealerships do. If you want a GMC or Buick you’ll come away very satisfied doing business with these guys.
