Crown Buick GMC was great!! It was an excellent car buying experience. No hassle, very easy going. Mr. Joe Murray was extremely helpful. They didn’t have the truck I wanted on the lot and wouldn’t have it for quite some time. He stayed in touch, giving me updates the whole time, and always answered his phone when I called. He even came in on his day off to deliver the truck to me. It was great service all around!!

My car was damaged while work was being conducted in the service center. It would have been better had management returned one of my calls about the issue

Turned away first attempt reservation for oil change due to “internet down so no work could be performed”. Made another reservation and service assistants were very dismissive and when I asked a question about how the bill was worded i was told it’s never been an issue before and there is your truck and walked away.
