This is the third vehicle I purchased from Crown Buick (2 new and 1 used) and they have treated me well every time.

The appointment was easy to make. The staff is courteous and professional. I waited about 90 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation. This was the wait time I was told to expect so no issue.

I am very please with the service I needed on very short notice. From the time, just after recognizing my 1 year old set of new tires had 1 tire with a side wall gouge. I called the dealership and they got everything right from the very beginning and everything that I was quoted held “true”. I was further please with the honoring by “Sade” the next day appointment. Everything was honored by Sade and the dealership from the part (a new tire) was available, the appointment wait time was very reasonable and the quoted price for the service was honored as well. I was extremely pleased at all levels mentioned above by Sade and the service techs.
