Sadie was a great, very helpful. Picked up my case even though she was swamped. I left 2 messages for Danette to inquire about the status of my vehicle and eventually called the regular service line to find out she was on vacation. Sadie did an additional diagnostic test when the ABS service prompt was on my gmc app, but not the car. She was courteous, patient, and informative. I believe she is an asset to the team. Comment in general, I have picked up my vehicle around 4 pm a few times and it is always chaotic. It feels like no one is working in the service dept (or only 1 person to handle all of the pick ups). Maybe you should staggering start times so there is adequate coverage from 4 to 6.

Crown Collision completely and beautifully repaired my 2019 Acadia, and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. My car looks amazing. This accident was not my fault and the driver of the Toyota Rav4 did not use turn signals or emergency flashers. I was not at fault.
