I work out of town a lot, so whenever I'm travelling, I can drop my truck off on my way out of town & that works for me. I'm telling you this because I was pleased that while they had it, the majority of my bill was covered because of the extra warranty I bought to cover my vehicle for extra time or miles. I just wanted to tell everybody how easy Kaitlin made my day. To you & your service staff, I appreciate the way everything was able to be handled while I was busy at work. Sincere appreciation!!

Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you are buying from another state! Zach was amazingly patient and was kind, understanding and did everything to make my experience as enjoyable as it can be! He coordinated everything over the phone, including my on-star and I was able to sign all the documents through my email! The day I went to the dealership, I was there for less than 30 minutes and I was on my way in the exact car I requested! The whole experience is my favorite car buying experience through the span of 15 vehicles purchases I have had over the years! I highly recommend Crown Buick GMC, and more specifically Zach!
