BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! After two months of nationally shopping I recently made an out of state truck purchase for my son at Crown Buick GMC in Metairie, LA. I was thrilled with the car buying experience provided by the sales associate I worked with, Brandy Mayer and highly recommended reaching out to her if you’re in the market. From the very beginning, Crown Buick GMC had a great selection (I admit being highly particular, hence the two month national search). I also found their online listing prices to be fair from the beginning compared to others on the market I was considering. Not only was Brandy the kindest person to work with, she was completely transparent as was the dealership the entire time. No crazy hidden fees or surprises. Any question I asked, no matter what day or time, Brandy was always there. Knowing we were flying in to pick the truck up as a surprise, she even offered to pick us up at the airport and had a beautiful red bow on his truck. I highly recommend calling and asking for her, even if you’re not local. I trust her to do it all over again and will for my next car purchase!
