I can say this experience was completely not the norm of what I have with Crown. The particular service writer I had this time was lacking... I had to call in multiple times for status updates (normally I the service writer reaches out to me). Normally the service writer gives me a date and time to pickup the vehicle and it is as they said. This service writer couldn't or wouldn't give me a definite time, I literally had to call everyday. I love Crown Buick GMC, I think the service writer makes a bid difference. This service writer was the worst.
