easy scheduling online. service as service should be done. drop off took less than 5 minutes. when i was notified 40 minutes later that the vehicle was done had the invoice texted me, paid and the wife picked it up. total time start to finish 1 hour. couldn't ask for better.

This visit was much better than the last visit all was explained up front to me as the owner and most issues have been resolved one was not able to be duplicated for now but it has happen on each Buick Encore so I wish that they would have used the previous car records to fix this one

This is the 4th car I have purchased/leased from Donald (Duck). He is amazing. I tell him what is important to me in a new vehicle. He locates it and looks into all of the financing options for me. I show up, the car is ready to go. He always takes the extra time to make sure the settings in the vehicle are ready for me and insists that I go to "Duck school" to learn about all of the "bells and whistles." He is the best. Crown in general is very focused on client satisfaction and service.

Easy to work with called when car was ready easy drop off and pickup clean

Although I had an appointment for Friday in advance, I was told they still will not be able to get to my car for three days so I had to leave my car over the weekend without a rental car. They also performed an oil change on my car that was not requested and expected me to pay for it. This dealership does not accept the oil change package I had purchased with my vehicle therefore I go out of my way to go to another dealership for oil changes.
