Sadie was a great, very helpful.
Sadie was a great, very helpful. Picked up my case even though she was swamped. I left 2 messages for Danette to inquire about the status of my vehicle and eventually called the regular service line to find out she was on vacation. Sadie did an additional diagnostic test when the ABS service prompt was on my gmc app, but not the car. She was courteous, patient, and informative. I believe she is an asset to the team. Comment in general, I have picked up my vehicle around 4 pm a few times and it is always chaotic. It feels like no one is working in the service dept (or only 1 person to handle all of the pick ups). Maybe you should staggering start times so there is adequate coverage from 4 to 6.

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about getting it fixed as it would likely be very expensive. Scott Sparks and the management did not have to help us, but they did as they stand by their customers and helped my family through a difficult time. I am so glad that we have continued to do business with Crown as they treat you like they would their own family. I intend to continue doing business with Crown for as long as possible as they stand by their customers and take care of them with top notch service and care. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done.

This rating used to be 5 star. What has happened to Crown Service? Over three hours for and oil change and tire rotation. Used to be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I could deal with that. My dealership for over 35 years. Left with warning light on dash to Service tire sensors. They should have been relearned after the rotation. I'm sure if I bring it back there will be denials. Not noted anywhere on the invoice for $125.00.

I arrived at my scheduled time.
I arrived at my scheduled time. The person helping me was on the phone and never acknowledged me. I asked him his name to confirm I was at the correct desk and he did. I put my key on his desk initially but realized I could pull up more because it was not as congested. I told him what I was doing (he was still on the phone but acknowledged). After doing so, I went to the waiting area ( he was still on the phone). I was watching and after a few minutes he got off the phone and left. I went back in and asked the lady at the desk next to his where he went and she said he left to go to a doctor’s appointment( she was the person to assist me). I work in customer service and this is not acceptable nor is it professional. I gave two stars because I’ve not had an issue with my car but the intake of getting service for my vehicle was poor. And, the time before this , I also did not appreciate him when I got my vehicle serviced.

I am very please with the service I needed on very short notice. From the time, just after recognizing my 1 year old set of new tires had 1 tire with a side wall gouge. I called the dealership and they got everything right from the very beginning and everything that I was quoted held “true”. I was further please with the honoring by “Sade” the next day appointment. Everything was honored by Sade and the dealership from the part (a new tire) was available, the appointment wait time was very reasonable and the quoted price for the service was honored as well. After shopping for trucks for six months, I finally pulled the trigger. Crown definitely had the best prices which led me there, but on top of that they made the buying experience enjoyable and easy. I had talked with Dominic there a month earlier And he was super helpful then and never put any pressure on me. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I reached back out to him. He is super knowledgeable and he took his time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I highly recommend Crown and in particular Dom! Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for
Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for an oil change. They had construction going on at the time and nothing was done to make things easier for the customer. Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today.
