I have been servicing my Terrain since I purchased it new in 2021. Kaitlin Dauzat has always handled our scheduling for service. She is very courteous, informative and exceeded all our expectations. Our salesman, Scott Sparks helped us with the purchase of our auto. It was during Covid and inventory was low but he came through. I have never experienced such a stress free process! I highly recommend both Kaitlin and Scott to everyone we know.

Recently visited Crown Buick GMC in Metairie to look at a 2023 Ford F150. Was able to speak to a salesman immediately. Scott T quickly grabbed the keys and we took the truck on a test drive. There was no pressure. Once back at the dealership, he was informative about the carfax/history/service history of the truck. He worked with us on the price and the truck was purchased. Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for an oil change. They had construction going on at the time and nothing was done to make things easier for the customer. Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today.
