This rating used to be 5 star. What has happened to Crown Service? Over three hours for and oil change and tire rotation. Used to be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I could deal with that. My dealership for over 35 years. Left with warning light on dash to Service tire sensors. They should have been relearned after the rotation. I'm sure if I bring it back there will be denials. Not noted anywhere on the invoice for $125.00.

I recently purchased a 2026 buick which was right around $28k, I put down about half of that in cash and was told I had a 10% finance rate which was high but my credit wasn't great so I was willing to deal with it. This is my own fault but later after going through my paperwork I realized I was charged an $8k finance charge. So after putting down 14k I received a $29k loan on a $28k vehicle. Kenneth Simms was the smaller but the man who did me dirty was the bald headed guy in the finance office. Horrible human being. How do I owe 29k on a 28k vehicle when I put down 14k cash. Im gonna have a hard time getting over this

After shopping for trucks for six months, I finally pulled the trigger. Crown definitely had the best prices which led me there, but on top of that they made the buying experience enjoyable and easy. I had talked with Dominic there a month earlier And he was super helpful then and never put any pressure on me. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I reached back out to him. He is super knowledgeable and he took his time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I highly recommend Crown and in particular Dom! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was professional and extremely helpful in responding to my questions and concerns. I was especially pleased with my salesman Joseph Murray. I really did not intend to buy a Buick and went into the dealership for general information , but I was more included to buy a Kia or Hyundai. Mr. Murray answered all my questions, and convinced me of the quality of the Buick product. As I told the finance guy, I only saw myself buying the Buick because of Mr. Murray's input and assistance, with no pressure over the course of about three days.

Service department was absolute chaos when I went in for an oil change. They had construction going on at the time and nothing was done to make things easier for the customer. Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today.
