I show up, the car is ready to go. He always takes the extra time to make sure the settings in the vehicle are ready for me and insists that I go to "Duck school" to learn about all of the "bells and whistles." He is the best. Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today.
