Cashier was a new employee and couldn't even find my car because the guy who serviced it was at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes and eventually went to find it myself Was unable to use my $60 in rewards to help pay for my oilchange because I'm not really a computer user and no one could give me my account number. NOT happy today. I have used this service center before an was never unhappy until today.

This rating used to be 5 star. What has happened to Crown Service? Over three hours for and oil change and tire rotation. Used to be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I could deal with that. My dealership for over 35 years. Left with warning light on dash to Service tire sensors. They should have been relearned after the rotation. I'm sure if I bring it back there will be denials. Not noted anywhere on the invoice for $125.00.
